As part of activities related to the operation of the company, as well as information related to the use of our website, we process personal data. This personal data policy describes how we process your data.



Transparency in data processing


In this personal data policy, you can read how we process data about you and for what purposes it is processed. You have received or are receiving part of the same information when you register your information on our website. How to exercise your rights


Right to access:


You have the right to be informed at any time which data we process about you, where it comes from and what we use it for. You can also be informed how long we store your personal data and who receives data about you, to the extent that we pass on data in Denmark and abroad. If you, as a registered user, wish to exercise your right of access in connection with the personal data submitted for a given purpose, as a registered user, you must do as follows:

Data controllers then collect the information that is processed about you, as well as the purpose for which it was collected and the legitimate basis on which it is processed.


Right to rectification


As a registered user, you have the right to have the information we process about you rectified. If you, as a registered user, wish to exercise your right to rectification in connection with the personal data submitted for a given purpose, you must do as follows:


As a registered user, you can write an email to persondata@SKYtek.dk, in which it appears that you wish to exercise your right to rectification, as well as which information you wish to have rectified.


The data controller will then ensure that the information is corrected and inform everyone to whom the information has been disclosed. When the correction has been carried out, the data controller reports this back.


Right to erasure


In certain cases, as a registered user, you have the right to delete the information we process about you. However, there are cases where we have a legal obligation to store them. We have routines which mean that we delete personal data that no longer serves a purpose, or which we are legally obliged to store and process.


We delete your personal data when they are no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we collected, processed and stored your data. If you believe that the personal data we process about you is not correct, you have the right to have them corrected or deleted.

Upon receipt of the data subject's request for deletion, the data controller assesses whether there are exceptions to deletion. In the event that the data controller finds an exception for deletion, the data controller informs without undue delay justification and authority for the exception. If there are no exceptions, the data controller deletes the data subject's personal data submitted in connection with this declaration of consent and informs the data subject thereof.



Right to object


As a registered user, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. If you, as a registered user, wish to exercise your right to object to processing for the personal data submitted in connection with a given purpose, you as a registered user must do as follows:


As a registered user, you can write an email to persondata@SKYtek.dk, stating that you wish to exercise your right to object. Data controllers then ensure that personal data is not processed for the purpose for which it was collected, as long as there is an uncompleted objection to processing.

If your objection is justified, the data controller ensures that the processing of your personal data is brought to an end until a decision on the outcome of the objection is available.



Right to restriction of processing


As a registered user, you have the right to request the restriction of our processing of your personal data. If, as a registered user, you wish to exercise your right to limit processing for the personal data submitted in connection with a given purpose, you must do as follows:

Right to data portability


As a registered user, you have the right to request the porting of your personal data to another provider of the same service. If, as a registered person, you wish to exercise your right to data portability for the personal data provided for a given purpose, you must do as follows:

Right to withdraw consent


You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you, as a registered user, wish to exercise your right to withdraw a declaration of consent, you must do as follows:

Right to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority


If you, as a registered user, wish to exercise your right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Can this be done by contacting the supervisory authority. You use the contact form on our website, here we receive data directly in Google sheet, we only use the information you provide in the form to contact you. We process the information on the basis of the consent you give on the website in connection with filling in the contact form. Consent is our legitimate basis for processing, cf. Article 6 subsection of the Personal Data Regulation. 1 letter a) We must fulfill a contract entered into with the company you represent. This stores and processes your name, telephone number and contact e-mail. Fulfillment of contract is our legitimate basis for processing, cf. the personal data regulation, article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) As part of invoicing for services provided, we process the name of the contact person and e-mail. We process contact name, e-mail, telephone number as part of potential future cooperation. Our legitimate basis for processing cf. the personal data regulation, article 6 paragraph 1 letter f)



We only process relevant personal data about you


We only process personal data about you that is relevant and sufficient in relation to the purposes for which it was collected. It depends on the purpose, which information is sufficient and relevant. When submitting your information, you will be informed about why we are collecting the individual information. Once we receive your information, it will be stored securely. We use Google Workspace, which provides the following technical guarantees for technical security.

Organizational measures:


In order to secure your information as best as possible, we have set up the following processes in connection with the persons who may have contact with your information. Only persons who act on direct instructions from data controllers can access information in the systems. This is ensured by internal controls and processes as well as necessary training. All information about people is stored and processed in a structure where only people who have a legitimate business can access it. This is ensured by access and rights management in our administrative systems.



Storage and deletion


We only store and process your information as long as we have a legitimate basis for this.

We delete information based on the following principles


E-mails are deleted as a starting point, if for reasons of duty we have to keep the information longer, they are moved to a secure archive. They are then deleted after 5 years. Information that is processed on the basis of consent is processed until consent is withdrawn, or the service for which consent has been given is no longer offered.


Information is deleted in both cases immediately thereafter In other cases, information is deleted when there is no longer an obligation to provide documentation, information is deleted here after 5 years.


Transfer to a third country

We transfer information to third countries,


Google Workspace is registered with the US EU privacy shield. The EU commission believes that this means that transfers to third countries (USA) take place under sufficient security.
