Google Workspace Business Starter is, as the name suggests, the smallest and cheapest Google solution, Business Starter contains all the basic functions that make it easy to collaborate.

Google Workspace Business Standard

If you choose Business Standard, you get 2TB per 1 license, smart search across Workspace with Cloud Search, login control and a range of security features.

Regardless of whether you have two or 200 employees, we recommend that you start with Business Standard as a starting point.

GoogleWorkspace Business Plus

With Business Plus, you get 5TB per 1 license, Google Vault, smart search across Google Workspace with Cloud Search, login control and a range of security features.

Although not all companies place a high priority on security in practice, security should be important to everyone.

Because if any people or programs try to compromise your data or systems, it is much easier to get back up and running quickly after an attack.

Security functions are both a defense against foreign intrusion and an insurance policy so that you can restore data in the event of an accident. So just as you should always have insurance for your car and your house, you must also always have a certain level of security in your IT solution.

Google Workspace Entreprise Standard

Google Workspace Entreprise are especially for slightly larger companies that, in addition to high security, need to collaborate in teams or departments.


Instead of storing files with individuals, files are stored in collectively owned shared spaces for each team so that all team members have access to the files.


This means that information is not lost if a member leaves the company. And new employees/team members automatically have access to the contents of the team's drive, so they can quickly become productive. It provides easy on and off boarding of employees and team members.


Also, by configuring permissions, it is easy to prevent members from deleting team files.

Google Workspace Entreprise plus

Compared to Google Workspace Business Standard, Business Plus, Workspace Enterprise has even more advanced security features such as Google Security Management and Administration, which helps with monitoring and collects status for safety somewhere. A security key is required to access Entreprise.

BigQuery can be used to perform Gmail log analyses. And it's possible to integrate Gmail with compatible third-party archiving tools. If you need video calls with up to 250 participants, it is possible in Business Plus and The Enterprise version.

Google Workspace features


Login control and security features


Google Workspace Administrator can customise file sync and sharing permissions and restrict offline access. Users can be given different permission levels – from view to comment to edit the expiration date of shared files and prevent actions such as printing, downloading or copying.

Finance department employees can share data as spreadsheets with expiration dates and only give comment access to prevent others from changing the numbers.

Google Workspace Administrator can prevent the finance department in document sharing online / document sharing from sharing confidential information externally except with trusted partners by whitelisting a domain.

The Google Workspace Administrator can also choose that everyone must be specified as members of a Shared Drive in order to access data, that way they have a Google Workspace login or Google


Workspace account.

External accounts can also be specified as members, so you are not forced to have a Google Workspace email specified as a member The marketing team can share customer-oriented assets with view-only access and can set expiration dates to suit the availability of marketing.


Reports and notifications

File Audit Reporting and Alerts: You can create custom alerts and audit key file related statuses like shared, downloaded, deleted or viewed.

If only three people have accessed the file that contains information about everyone employees' salary conditions, and so the file is shared with a fourth employee, you can receive an immediate email alert.


Even if you trust your employees, a user can walk away from their computer, allowing others to download or share the information to misuse it.



It will also trigger give an alert to the workspace administrator.


Data control: Advanced Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for Gmail and Drive protects data and prevents data leaks with predefined content detectors, user-defined rules and optical character recognition.

If an employee shares a credit card number via email or a scanned image of a credit card or health insurance card, DLP's content detectors and company-defined rules prevent the user from sending the email.
